Only in the following cases, the return costs will be borne by Meraviglie By Positano:

• Receipt of a different or unsorted item (incorrect delivery by us)
• Receipt of a defective item (DOA)

If the item is damaged, we will refund the amount due: we will personally contact the customer to agree on the procedure.

Any refund request other than those indicated above will be refused.
