Die Tomaten-Spaccatella
Gewonnen aus der manuellen Verarbeitung der langen Tomate. Es wird in 4 Teile geschnitten, nach alter Tradition verarbeitet, ohne dass es der Schale entzogen wird (im Gegensatz zur geschälten Tomate) und in den mit eigener Sauce gefüllten Behälter gegeben. Zum Schluss wird es mit dem zarten Garen im Wasserbad pasteurisiert um seinen Geschmack nicht zu verändern.

Ottenuto dalla lavorazione manuale del pomodoro lungo. Esso viene tagliato in 4 parti, lavorato secondo l’antica tradizione non privandolo della buccia (a differenza del pelato) e inserito nel contenitore ricolmi del loro stesso sugo. Infine viene pastorizzato con la delicata cottura a bagnomaria in modo da non alterarne il sapore.

La spaccatella à la tomate
Obtenu à partir du traitement manuel de la tomate longue. Elle est coupée en 4 parties, transformée selon l’ancienne tradition sans la priver de la peau (contrairement à la tomate pelée) et placée dans le récipient rempli de sa propre sauce. Enfin elle est pasteurisée avec la délicate cuisson au bain-marie donc pour ne pas altérer sa saveur.

Obtained from the manual processing of the long tomato. It is cut into 4 parts, processed according to the ancient tradition without depriving it of the peel (unlike the peeled tomato) and placed in the container filled with their own sauce.Finally it is pasteurized with the delicate cooking in a bain-marie so as not to alter its flavor.
