Ingredients: Panettone without raisins with limoncello liqueur filling and white chocolate icing.
Dough: WHEAT flour, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), BUTTER, sugar, water, egg yolk, candied lemon paste (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sourdough (WHEAT flour, water), multifloral honey, salt, lemon essential oil, vanilla powder.
Filling: glucose syrup, limoncello liqueur 3.4% (water, alcohol, sugar, lemons, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), sugar, water, lemon juice, corn starch, pectin-based mixture (thickeners: amidated pectin, stabilizers: disodium diphosphate, dextrose, acidulants: tricalcium phosphate), vegetable concentrates (safflower, lemon), lemon essential oil, acidulant: citric acid.
Icing: white chocolate 8.4% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), grapeseed oil, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), vegetable concentrate colorant (safflower, lemon), lemon essential oil.
